Refunds

Refunds may apply within three (3) days after receiving the item.
Andrea Forster, may refuse if the item has been used in conditions different from those recommended or typical of its nature or if it has suffered an essential and irreparable deterioration.

Warranties

Maximum term 30 days.
Garment exchange applies only if available in stock.
The product cannot be used or modified from its original state. It must be in good condition, clean and with the original tags.
Only 1 exchange per reference is allowed.
Shipping costs are to be divided between the client and Andrea Forster.

*Any additional costs or taxes to enter each country, must be assumed by the customer.
